Make a total of 8 black granny triangles
- Cut out 4x 10 inch strings per granny triangle
- Cut out a 6 inch string for each granny square
- pull strings through the middle chain of one of the chain 3 sections so that they are half way through
- take the six inch string and create a gathering knot
Connect the granny triangles:
- Chain 20
- single crochet across the top of the first granny triangle.
- chain 10
- single crochet across the top of the next granny triangle.
